Sealed at source
The payroll provider embeds an encrypted Verifiabl seal into the payslip during generation.
No personal employee data is transmitted to Verifiabl
Cryptographic proof is embedded into every payslip at generation. Lenders get source-verified income in seconds. Verifiabl never stores personal data.

One encrypted seal is applied at generation. The source data is sealed into the document and is not derived from the rendered page.

Verifiabl enables payroll providers to embed a cryptographic seal into every payslip at its point of creation. When an employee shares their payslip, the content can be source-verified through the seal.

No personal employee data is transmitted to Verifiabl
The payslip is delivered as normal, with the Verifiabl seal embedded in the document. Nothing changes for the employee.
The employee consents to verification by submitting the document to a lender or verifier.
The verifier's system queries the Verifiabl API, instantly authenticating the document's origin and integrity without relying on optical character recognition.
All identity data remains encrypted within the payslip document, under the employee's control. Our infrastructure is designed so that no single party, including Verifiabl, can access personal data without the employee's participation.
Three product properties define the standard.
The integration sits at the point of payslip generation. Employees see no change in how they receive or share payslips. Lenders interact only with the source data sealed inside the document.
Every payslip is sealed with the data the payroll system itself generated. Verification reads the source data, not the rendered document, replacing the need for probabilistic forensics in the decisioning workflow.
One architecture covers every payslip generated through an integrated payroll system. Lender and employee workflows stay identical as more providers connect to the network.
Document analysis cannot keep pace with generative-AI fakes. Provenance verification reads the payroll source the payslip came from, not the rendered page.
Lenders try to detect forgery by analysing the document, exactly what AI fakes are designed to defeat.
Bypass the document entirely. The seal is a cryptographic handshake with the original payroll system.
